We do not guarantee any particular outcome, availability, or timing of matches, placements, or decisions by third parties. Where a profile, recommendation, or coordination activity is provided, it is intended to support your search—not to ensure results.

2. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service if you can form legally binding contracts and you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of another person (for example, a family member), you must have the authority to do so.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information when requested.
• Keep your contact details current.
• Use the Service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
• Respect privacy and do not share others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

If you provide false, misleading, or outdated information, we may limit or stop your access to the Service.

To the extent we provide pre-contract information for distance consumer contracts, we will present clear information about the provider and key contract terms. This notice aligns with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 13, Стаття 17.

We aim to keep content accurate, but we do not control third-party availability (for example, properties, landlords, brokers, or other participants). You should verify all details directly with relevant third parties.

Marketing or promotional content associated with the Service will be lawful and not misleading, in line with: Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

6. Ukrainian language and consumer information

Information about goods/services provided in Ukraine must be presented in the Ukrainian state language in a manner consistent with consumer-rights and applicable language requirements. We will comply with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 4.
